ROM Squad is a WhatsApp community for women business owners, founded and run by Rizak under Rays of Marketing. This website and the ROM Squad community are operated independently and are not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta.
ROM Squad is open to women who run or are building a business. Every application is reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to decline or remove any member at our discretion, particularly where the Community Guidelines are not followed.
We do not guarantee sales, income, followers, or any specific business outcome from joining ROM Squad or any workshop, consultation, or resource offered by Rays of Marketing. Results depend on your own effort, offer, and consistency. We provide visibility opportunities, structured feedback, and a network, nothing more is promised.
ROM Squad membership is a one-time annual payment, unless stated otherwise (such as a complimentary period). It is not a recurring or auto-renewing subscription. All payments are final; see our Refund Policy for full details.
All members are expected to follow the ROM Squad Community Guidelines. Violating these guidelines, including but not limited to spam, harassment, or misrepresentation of your business, may result in removal from the community without a refund.
Every application is reviewed carefully before approval, but ROM Squad cannot verify or guarantee the honesty of any member. Membership is not a guarantee of another member's identity, intentions, or trustworthiness. If any member ever asks you for money or anything that feels off, do not send it, and report it to us immediately. Members are responsible for their own alertness and judgement in all interactions within the community.
All content on this website and shared within ROM Squad, including branding, graphics, and written material, belongs to Rays of Marketing unless otherwise credited. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell this content without written permission. This does not apply to content you as a business owner create or share yourself, such as your own posts, business information, or testimonials, which remain yours.
Rays of Marketing and ROM Squad are not liable for any business, financial, or personal losses arising from your participation in the community, workshops, or use of this website. Any business decisions you make based on advice shared are your own responsibility.
We may update these terms from time to time as ROM Squad grows. Continued use of this website or membership in ROM Squad after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
