ROM Squad membership runs on an annual cycle. That's the thinking behind everything below.
Membership payments to ROM Squad are non-refundable, in full, under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, non-usage of the community, dissatisfaction with the experience, or removal from the community due to a violation of the Community Guidelines.
ROM Squad membership is a one-time annual payment. It is not a recurring or auto-renewing subscription. Your membership simply runs for the year you've paid for, and there is no long-term commitment beyond that.
If you choose not to continue, you're not required to do anything, your membership will end at the close of the year. No refund is issued for the year already paid for.
If you're unable to be active for a while, whether life gets busy or business slows down, your membership isn't paused or extended to make up for it. Your membership runs continuously from the day you join.
If a member is removed from ROM Squad for violating the Community Guidelines, no refund will be issued for the remainder of the membership year.
If you leave or your membership year ends, that's completely okay. You're always welcome to rejoin ROM Squad whenever you're ready, subject to a fresh application and payment.
This policy may be updated from time to time as the community grows. Members will always be notified of any material changes.
