When you apply to ROM Squad, we collect the information you submit through the application form, along with your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and payment details, in order to review your application, process your membership, and add you to the community.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, contact details, or leads with any third party, for any reason. Your information is used only to run and support ROM Squad.
ROM Squad runs on WhatsApp. By the nature of the platform, your phone number becomes visible to every other member of the community the moment you join, the same way it would in any WhatsApp group. This is not something we share separately, it's simply how WhatsApp itself works, and it applies equally to everyone in the group, including the founder.
We do not share member numbers, names, or details outside the community, and we do not permit members to use another member's number for unsolicited promotion (see the Community Guidelines). If you ever receive an unsolicited or unwanted message from another member because of your number being visible in ROM Squad, please let us know directly. We take it seriously.
From time to time, we may take screenshots of conversations, wins, or testimonials shared within ROM Squad to use for marketing Rays of Marketing, on social media, the website, or elsewhere.
Whenever we do this, names and phone numbers are hidden, unless you've given us your explicit consent to share them visibly.
